  3. Retail-platformcarve-out. Thisarbitrationclausedoesnotapply todisputesarisingfrompurchasesmadethroughAmazonoranyotherRetailPlatform;suchdisputesaregovernedbythatplatform’sownprocedures.

  4. Small-claimsexception. Eitherpartymaypursueaqualifyingclaiminsmall-claimscourt.

14.Export &SanctionsCompliance

Yourepresentthatyouarenot (a)locatedinanycountrysubjecttoaU.S.embargoor (b)onanyU.S.governmentlistofprohibitedorrestrictedparties.

15.Severability &Waiver

Ifanyprovisionisheldunenforceable,itwillbemodifiedtoreflecttheparties’intentor,ifimpossible,severed.TherestoftheTermsremaininfullforce.Failuretoenforceanyprovisionisnot awaiveroffutureenforcement.

16.ChangestoTheseTerms

WemaymodifytheseTermsatanytime.Materialchanges willbeannouncedontheWebsiteorbyemailatleast30days beforetheytakeeffect.ContinueduseaftertheeffectivedateconstitutesacceptanceoftherevisedTerms.
